If you’re looking for a peaceful and spacious mountain home to truly enjoy your next ski-cation, then look no further than the charming Rolling Ridge Respite! This family-friendly home offers three levels full of great amenities and comfort. On the lower level, you’ll come across two bedrooms (one with twin/full bunk + sleeper sofa and the other one with two twin/full) and two bathrooms (both of them ensuite) and direct access to the patio, which is equipped with a set of comfortable chairs and your very own private hot tub! There’s nothing better than soaking in the hot tub after spending the days in the slopes, right? The main living space is located on the second floor. There, you’ll find an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area to provide even more togetherness. Come winter, the gas fireplace will keep everyone nice and warm no matter the hour. Snuggle up on the couch by the fireplace and use the free WiFi available to post on your social media or tell your group to join you for a fun movie night–the flatscreen TV will be the star of the night! If you’re up for a more enthusiastic evening, the karaoke machine right next to the TV will do the trick! Challenge your friends to a face-off and become the karaoke star of your group! The kitchen is every chef’s dream as it comes equipped with all the modern appliances you could need to prepare delicious, full-course meals, quick snacks on the go, and memorable breakfasts. If you’d like to step up a notch, the gas grill on the balcony will surely help. On this floor, you’ll also find a convenient half bathroom. And last, but not least, on the upper level of this home, you’ll come across two more bedrooms (each with a king bed) and two bathrooms ensuite. What’s nearby: This prime location will put you just a short drive away from six ski resorts, Keystone Ski Resort (nine and a half miles), Arapahoe Basin (14 miles away), Breckenridge Ski Resort (16 miles away), Copper Mountain (less than 13 miles away), Vail (32 miles away), and Loveland Ski Area (13 miles away). Situated next to the Eagle Nest Wilderness, there are endless trails to hike and only one mile to the Blue River, a favorite spot for fishing. Wildernest is just next door to the charming town of Silverthorne (less than one and a half miles). If you don’t feel like cooking, don’t even worry about it! There are endless dining spots to choose from. Enjoy easy strolls around Dillon Reservoir (three miles away), or hike the 14,000-foot Quandary Peak. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
