The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has four twin bunk beds and a pullout loveseat. The full kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. Weve stocked the shelves with spices and youll find plenty of major and small appliances and counter space to help you prepare wonderful meals. An outdoor gas grill is available for some fun summer cookouts and the back lawn is perfect for outdoor activities. WHATS NEARBY The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. This exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, HarTru tennis courts, a hard surface tennis court, a multisport court, and saunas for homeowners and guests, plus a playground, a summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. THINGS TO KNOW There are three adult bikes with helmets, plus beach chairs and an umbrella and cart available for guest use. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the communitys amenities, including the inseason beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must do so at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final checkin information is made available.
