IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION:
Ongoing Glacier Lodge Property Projects - Courtyard Pool & Hot Tub Closure
From Monday, June 9th, 2025, the courtyard (including the pool and hot tubs) will be closed to undergo the courtyard membrane replacement project. This closure is expected to continue until late fall 2026.
During this time, construction noise is expected to be heard throughout the building, and construction will be visible from courtyard-facing unit.
Rates have been adjusted accordingly on courtyard-facing units to acknowledge any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of this project.

Starting Monday, June 9, 2025, the Courtyard, including the Pool and Hot Tubs, will be closed to begin the Courtyard Membrane Replacement Project. This closure is expected to continue until late fall 2026.
Please note this general disruption schedule.
A temporary winter enclosure tent will be erected in the 3rd week of November 2025, for approximately 4 months. The tent dimensions will be 16.5’ high and 52’ long. Which will be visible from all interior courtyard-facing units.
October 2025 to January 2026 is mechanical work, which should have moderate to low noise and disruption.
Intermittent construction noise will occur between January and June 2026. Work will include:
- Concrete saw cutting for formwork
- Grinding of concrete
- General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers)
All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am, and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest.
We wish to inform all guests that room rates have been reviewed for this property during the amenities renovation and closure. The rates reflect the current status of operations.

This mountain suite is ideal for a small family or two couples. Inside, the open layout includes a nicely furnished living area warmed by a gas fireplace, a dining space, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Right outside, there’s a furnished balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while sipping a mug of hot cocoa. In addition to the bedroom, a queen sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping space.
Glacier Lodge sits along a cobblestone pedestrian path in the heart of the Upper Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Take a scenic ride aboard the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, the highest lift in the world at over 1,400 feet which runs between Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains. In warm weather, bring your clubs to play the 18 holes of Whistler Golf Club, take a zipline tour with Ziptrek Encounters, or hike one of the magnificent local trails. Be sure to visit the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre across the road as well, offering a fascinating look at the history of the area’s Indigenous peoples.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Property Manager properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
