*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
This magnificent Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom which leads to a large balcony that provides a phenomenal view of the Gulf of Mexico. This chic and modern rental’s other features include granite countertops, stainless steel, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs for those late-night movies.
