Azure 205 is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience ultimate serenity and relaxation in this spacious condo. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, Azure 205 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom with a queen-size bed is on the left of the entrance and includes a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
