Due to the central Texas drought, the lake has receded and is no longer in front of the home. Guests can walk to the lake shore (~100 yds) or travel the 12 miles to Inks Lake or Lake LBJ which are constant-level lakes. This gorgeous two-level home is loaded with superb amenities, including a kayak, deck, firepit, patio with a gas grill, and even central air-conditioning for hot-weather guests. This oasis of a home is the perfect place to truly disconnect from the world as it does not have internet. Downstairs, the spacious living area boasts high, vaulted ceilings, burnished floors, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake and countryside, and a large TV to enjoy your favorite DVD movies and Nintendo 64 games. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
