The wooden interior, with rock accents throughout, adds that rustic charm that many seek, but as soon as you pay attention to the details and modern amenities, you’ll notice that it’s an elegant kind of rustic. On the first floor, you’ll come across the theater room, a gas fireplace that will keep you all warm in the blink of an eye, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a large furnished deck with mountain views. Whip up some snacks, mix up some refreshing beverages, and get ready for movie night! On the second and main floor, you’ll find an open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one big space. The living room is simply wonderful and invites you all to gather around the gas fireplace and let the stress melt away. Turn on the TV and watch a favorite show, or if you’d really like to enjoy the outdoors while being comfortable, you can head outside to the furnished and covered deck that features a cozy living space with a wood-burning fireplace; the perfect place to unwind. The large wraparound deck surrounding the house boasts a picnic table, a couple rocking chairs, a gas grill, and a private hot tub. Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Last but not least, the third floor is made up of a loft and a balcony with a hammock. You’ll be staying on an acre lot in a peaceful and serene neighborhood with mountain views and babbling creeks, close to civilization but far enough that you can relax in peace.
