There is plenty of hiking close by at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. Consider a little afternoon fishing at Fetcher Pond, less than two miles away. You’ll have easy access to the free city bus route, common area coin-operated laundry facilities, elevators, and complimentary garage parking. You’ll love spending your ski vacation on the mountain slopes and sightseeing the village with friends and family. Take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub, then come home to kick back in the spacious living area. Start a fire in the gas fireplace to warm the room while you prepare a sumptuous meal in the full kitchen. The private balcony has spectacular views, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. When it’s time to wrap up the night, the bedrooms have TVs, and one has an en suite bathroom. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
