Walk out to the beach whenever your heart desires - it’s your vacation! WHAT’S NEARBY Set in midtown, this condo is near several local restaurants and attractions. If you’re itching for a different kind of beach experience than what’s outside your door, head 16 and a half miles south to Assateague State Park, where you can relax on the beach next to wild ponies! Of course, no visit to Ocean City is complete without a visit to the boardwalk. Just head over four-and-a-half miles to enjoy the amusement-park-style attractions. When you’re ready to relax, there are eateries within blocks of the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
