With a private beach and mountain views, you’ll fall in love with the lake as you kayak or simply enjoy your first cup of coffee. As the days heat up, a dip in the water is never a bad idea; a private gas grill is also ready to assist in barbecuing each evening in the fresh air. Step out to the outdoor seating area for a glass of wine with friends - you’ll all have plenty of space to hang out at the umbrella-covered picnic table. Spending time in the great outdoors is the major draw here, yet downtime spent indoors will be just as enjoyable with a flatscreen TV, business-class internet to support streaming on multiple devices, and plush furnishings throughout. Plus, the full kitchen features a gas range and all of the major appliances of the home for easy meal prep for lakeside snacks.

When you aren’t fishing, swimming, or boating, there are many country roads and trails for some biking or hiking. Or, perhaps you would like to check out the fairways at Indian Mound Golf Club, just a little over six miles away. Chances are that appetites will need to be satisfied, so be sure to sample local restaurants like The Wooden Spoon, Windy Fields Farm, Smoking Guns BBQ & Butcher Shop, MountainView Station, Mumma Christy’s Pizzas & Subs, Hobbs Tavern & Brewing Company, and Harley Jacks Burgers and Brews, all within 15 miles of the cottage!
