With spectacular countryside in every direction, a beautiful new barn with round pens, an all-wood interior, and enough space for 10 people, this mountainside ranchhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family - and your horse! You’ll find ample parking space for horse trailers, ATV trailers, and your additional vehicles. This main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a newly-built great room and a dining room, so everyone will have plenty of space to move around in. The great room enjoys comfortable furniture and a game table for those terrific family game nights. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, and there is lots of seating at the kitchen table, breakfast bar, and dining room table. The main bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed and an en-suite bath. The first bedroom has a twin with a trundle bed underneath and a twin-over-double bunk. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin bed. The new barn is beautiful and roomy, with everything you need to store your saddle and gear, and there is plenty of space in the corral for your horse. You’ll love the mountain views off the back deck while you savor your first cup of morning coffee.

You’ll love fishing the Rio Grande, and you’ll find Wolf Creek Anglers and Rio Outfitters less than four miles west with bait, tackle, and everything else you need for those early-morning fishing trips. Get in a refreshing hike on Beaver Mountain Trail, Tewksberry Trail, and Trout Trail. You’ll also be within a few miles of some terrific local restaurants like The Old Firehouse, Mountain Pizza & Taproom, and Ramon’s Mexican Restaurant.
