Grape Expectations is a fully remodeled single-story comfy home that boasts video-grade internet and WIFI, all new LED Smart ROKU large screen TVs throughout, including an 86" jumbo in the living room. Each bedroom has a theme with all fresh furniture and mattresses. This home is always comfy, with two air-conditioning units to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Lay back on the Chesterfield couches in the living room to play a board game, watch a flick, or relax with a glass of vino on the covered front porch in the new set of four rocking chairs. It is fully equipped for the family with a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and bunk beds in the kid’s room. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
