There’s plenty to enjoy while staying in this cute little corner of Saint Augustine. When you’re ready to rest from a long day at the beach, pull the room-darkening shades closed and turn on the central air-conditioning for extra comfort. Four ceiling fans, including one in each bedroom, will ensure everyone will stay cool. Enjoy some tunes on the stereo whenever you want! This condo also has a private washer/dryer to help with the daily wash. When it’s time to venture out, you can cook something delicious on the shared charcoal grill or head out directly to the shared pool. The beach is never far away! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
