What’s nearby: This home is nestled among the aspens on Little Cascade Creek, where you can take in the peaceful surroundings without being too far from commercial conveniences. The slopes of Purgatory Resort are less than three miles north, offering year-round mountain activities, shops, restaurants, and a resort spa. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails of various lengths nearby. Charming downtown Durango is also home to lovely art galleries, dining and shopping options, and the Animas River Trail 26 miles south. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dog-friendly with restrictions. All dogs must be left in a crate if the owner is not present, dogs must be house-trained, and dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Guests must have AWD, snow tires, or chains to access the property. If the guests get stuck, the owner can be fined for these guests getting stuck and blocking the snow plows 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
