Featuring three levels full of incredible amenities and comfort, you’ll definitely want to come back! The main entrance to the home will take you to the first level out of three. Here, you’ll have a small, yet well-equipped living area with a sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a bunk bed, the laundry room, a baseboard heat unit, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Climb the stairs and you’ll find yourself in the second and main level of the home. The living room invites group gathering with a sectional sofa, an armchair, baseboard heating, partial A/C, a plethora of board games, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace - an ideal spot for movie and trivia nights, or simply to unwind. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
