Built in 2005, this home is newer with a fresh and relaxing feel. Villa Retreat has all the necessities for Redwood Coast Adventure. The living area is newly decorated with a calm and inviting aesthetic and plenty of seating. It features games, Smart TV with cable, wireless internet and beautiful photography. The kitchen in fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and opens to the dining and living area. There are 3 bedrooms. One has one queen and the other has one double. Each are quiet, beautifully decorated and have all new beds in 2019. The Master has a new king bed and private bath. There’s also plenty of parking and a private deck off the living and kitchen area. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
