Built in 2005, this home is newer with a fresh and relaxing feel. Villa Retreat has all the necessities for Redwood Coast Adventure. The living area is newly decorated with a calm and inviting aesthetic and plenty of seating. It features games, Smart TV with cable, wireless internet and beautiful photography. The kitchen in fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and opens to the dining and living area. There are 3 bedrooms. One has one queen and the other has one double. Each are quiet, beautifully decorated and have all new beds in 2019. The Master has a new king bed and private bath. There’s also plenty of parking and a private deck off the living and kitchen area. Also, pets are welcome and there is a fenced yard in that back for play time! Villa Retreat is located about 15 blocks from downtown Arcata where you’ll find shopping, restaurants and the Saturday Farmers Market. It’s a quick drive to Cal Poly Humboldt and Arcata Redwood Park. Arcata is centrally located on the Redwood Coast just 20 minutes from the gorgeous beaches in Trinidad, 40 minutes from Redwood National Park and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, 10 minutes from old town Eureka and 40 minutes from the Avenue of the Giants.
