With a ski-in/out location on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain and easy access to golf, hiking, mountain biking, and the many attractions of Whistler Village, this condo will ensure that you never run out of memorable activities. Prepare breakfast each morning in the well-equipped kitchen and sip your coffee by the gas fireplace or outside on the balcony. Fantastic shared amenities on-site include two hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, and a fitness room. For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don’t worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart’s content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails. Things to Know This room has a King Split bed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Property Manager properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Property Manager. This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
