Amazing Grace, how sweet the view! A majestic wrap-around mountain environment and escape from city life. Savor the incredible year-round mountain views from your hammock, hot tub, porch swing, gated deck, or even from each bedroom. This cabin has three separate, fully enclosed sleeping areas: two master bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and queen bed and one fully enclosed game room/study with a trundle bed that sleeps two plus a hall bathroom right next to it. The private hot tub is tucked into your deck, perfect for an after-dinner soak as you watch the sunset brush the mountain top with color and gaze at the stars illuminating the forest. Less than 50 yards from the front door is the Benton MacKaye trail. You can take a short hike down to the pond and old chapel, or venture to a nearby stream or lake, and enjoy public access areas at the three private community lakes, which are great for fishing, swimming, and/or canoeing....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
