Amazing Grace - Mountain Retreat
Amazing Grace, how sweet the view! A majestic wrap-around mountain environment and escape from city life. Savor the incredible year-round mountain views from your hammock, hot tub, porch swing, gated deck, or even from each bedroom. This cabin has three separate, fully enclosed sleeping areas: two master bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and queen bed and one fully enclosed game room/study with a trundle bed that sleeps two plus a hall bathroom right next to it. The private hot tub is tucked into your deck, perfect for an after-dinner soak as you watch the sunset brush the mountain top with color and gaze at the stars illuminating the forest.
Less than 50 yards from the front door is the Benton MacKaye trail. You can take a short hike down to the pond and old chapel, or venture to a nearby stream or lake, and enjoy public access areas at the three private community lakes, which are great for fishing, swimming, and/or canoeing.
After building up your appetite, it’s time to eat! Have fun cooking your meal in the kitchen or on the gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need (all the essentials, plus a Keurig, blender, coffee maker, kettle, marshmallow roasting forks, and so much more).
The house is spacious with many thoughtful touches such as a gas fireplace (in season) with a TV mounted on the mantel in the comfortable living room and also a TV in each of the three sleeping areas and string lighting for a playful, happy atmosphere around the outside of our mountain retreat.
Come and relax at Amazing Grace cabin!
