This home away from home is made up of two separate buildings each with their own entrance as they are not connected. The larger home has two bedrooms with king beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the study. Each room has a full bathroom. The apartment over the carport has two bedrooms each with its own full bathrooms. The large windows in the living room and the dining room of the larger home allow you to have a gorgeous view of the lake constantly. The open space kitchen allows for plenty of room to cook those delicious family meals! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
