This spacious, custom-built beach house is ready to be your next getaway at the Gulf. Located directly on the beach, this home features designer furnishings throughout, four bedrooms and baths, a fabulous great room with a 65’ flatscreen TV, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and a breakfast bar. The two Gulf-facing bedrooms have plush king-size beds, and sliders leading out to the large open and covered decks. Guests will also enjoy free WiFi, Direct TV, and smart TVs in all the bedrooms. The underside of the home is well lit with a boardwalk from the front to the back complete with swings for both kids and adults, a sandbox, BBQ area, and an outdoor shower. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
