Palacio 0702 Welcome to quiet Perdido Key! The Palacio unit 702 is a beautiful upgraded condo with an amazing view of the Gulf! You’ll have the ultimate relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo with tile flooring throughout the living room and dining room, granite countertops, TVs, and upgraded light fixtures throughout. Enjoy the nice breeze from the spacious, seventh-floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is a relaxing whirlpool bath awaiting you after a long day at the beach, shopping, or golfing. The convenience of a washer/dryer is also available. You cannot help but feel as though you are on vacation in the main bedroom with a view of the Gulf. The guest bedroom also includes a TV and DVD player. You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 7. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
