Sugar Mountain is such a beautiful place to plan a winter ski trip or a downhill mountain biking summer spree (ski lift takes your bike to the summit). The best way to enjoy your carefree days is when the slopes are right outside your backdoor! This cozy roundhouse has been completed renovated (2021) with new upstairs bathrooms, downstairs family bedroom, central A/C, and enlarged parking is the perfect ski-in ski-out location; ski right from the door of the lower family room! Being right on the slopes, you might just fall off the couch with a bellyaching laugh as you watch all the nighttime skiers ‘fly by outside’ through this home’s massive windows. A small full kitchen has everything you need to enjoy an evening with the family and the wraparound deck will give you amazing views of the mountain and early morning wildlife. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
