Walk into this beautiful Gulf-front condo located on the fifth floor and see amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach - including spectacular sunsets! This condo has a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room for the 42-inch flat screen TV. You will have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation including granite counters, full refrigerator, and all the other items needed to cook a meal. This condo also features a washer and dryer. The seating on the large patio has chairs so you can relax and enjoy endless spectaculars view of beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
