**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE** Starting 12/29/25 until 1/09/2026 several balconies throughout building 1will be undergoing grinding. This will result in scaffolding set up, blocking patio views, loud jack hammering noise from 8AM -5PM daily and debris from the grinding.
Starting 01/12/26 - 01/16/26 the patios are scheduled to be undergoing coatings, this work should not produce high noise work, however scaffolding will still remain blocking views.
