Take long walks amongst the lovely foliage of Vermont, or frolic around in the snow and try various winter sports. With lake access and a shared pool and tennis courts, the whole family will love this space! Near beautiful hiking and the famous Okemo Resort’s ski slopes, this Ludlow condo is ideally located. Please keep in mind that, during the winter, you may need 4WD to drive to the condo. Light a fire in the hearth and watch some cable or a DVD, or log onto the WiFi to return emails before you prepare dinner. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and coffeemaker means that there’s no need to venture out unless you want to. Out on the porch, there’s a gas grill for barbecues. Your group of 11 will have plenty of space between the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
