Outdoor Living & Pool The enclosed backyard is a lush, private space designed for relaxation. Enjoy year-round pool comfort, with the option to heat the pool during cooler months or cool it on hot summer days. Outdoor furnishings were chosen for comfort, from cushioned chaise loungers for poolside afternoons to a dining table for outdoor meals and a comfortable seating area with swivel chairs and a cozy egg chair—ideal for reading, morning coffee, or unwinding at the end of the day. Outdoor Amenities Gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers are all provided. An outdoor showerhead makes it easy to rinse off after the beach. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 1 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
