Turtle Beach Retreat This remodeled home is set right on the beach, and is equipped for guests to have a lot of fun on the beach! Towels, a beach umbrella, and four beach chairs are included for guest use on the private sandy beach. Shower off the sand before coming inside the covered deck and grabbing something delicious cooking on the private gas grill. Guests can cook up some sides in the full kitchen inside, enjoying views from the balcony. The remodeled home also includes a private washer/dryer, so that everyone’s swimsuit can be ready to go when the mood to swim strikes. A split wall air conditioning unit in the living room and wall units in the bedrooms will help keep everyone comfortable. But the ocean views will stick around no matter what the weather! What’s nearby: This home is set in a prime location, just one-and-a-half miles from the scenic Long Key State Park. Local companies like Pier 68 Boat Rental (just over two miles from the home) offer pontoon and kayak rentals - as well as much more - so you can explore the water more closely. Even more fun lies along the rest of the keys, with the city of Marathon (just under 18 miles away) offering attractions such as the Turtle Hospital and the Aquarium of the Florida Keys. This home allows boat access, and the dock can fix a boat no more than 25 feet in length. Turtle nesting on the beach is from March to November, so please be respectful of the signs and rules during that time on the beach. *This home is a duplex. One side is for guests and the other side is the owners, who may come down to use the home while you are there. This property is managed by Property Manager Florida LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
