With an unbeatable central location, you can step out the front door and walk to several nearby restaurants, or hop in the car for a quick drive north to Jockey’s Ridge State Park or the Wright Brothers National Memorial, both about 30 miles away. Head south along the Cape Hatteras National Seashore to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, a little over 20 miles away, with miles of glorious beach along the way. There are lots of watersport opportunities nearby as well. At home, start the day with coffee and a glorious sunrise view from the top-level observation deck, then head downstairs to the swing on the screened porch for some quiet time before the day gets started. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
