Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any popular outdoor activities, including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also fantastic for hiking, rock climbing, swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay - Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north. This beautifully appointed condo features luxury vinyl flooring and a living area with a lovely view - take off your shoes on the built-in bench near the front door. Take advantage of the recently updated and well-equipped kitchen to whip up meals and snacks using the stainless steel appliances and glimmering countertops beneath the trendy farmhouse-style light fixtures. You can also barbecue meals outside in the private gas grill outdoors. You’ll find similar new upgrades in the bathrooms, one of which includes a garden tub for peaceful soaks. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Property Manager Canada ULC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
