Veranda 101 This beautiful first-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors leading to your own private balcony so you can sit and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in the on-site pool, or spend relaxing days on the sand. There are two TVs and a DVD player in this cozy unit. Other features in this warm and inviting vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop stove, oven, and all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. You’ll also have your own washer/dryer to manage your laundry during your stay and central air-conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
