You’ll love the Colorado mountain decor and the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with everything you’ll need for home cooked meals. BARBEQUES/FIREPITS/OPEN FLAMES – The use of all open flame charcoal, gas barbeques, cooking devices, wood/gas firepits, fire tables or heating devices are prohibited on balconies, patios, or elevated walkways as well as under any outdoor overhanging (covered) structure or within 10 feet of the building. Electric grills are acceptable to use on balconies. The propane grills located in the community grill area are still available to use.
