Mountain Green - 3C6 This newly renovated condo is beautiful and convenient. Located on the main floor of building three of the Mountain Green Resort, it is very close to the shared resort amenities including sports shop, restaurant, and wellness center, yet it is at the end of the hall for maximum quiet and privacy. There is a brand new luxury walk-in shower, a view from the balcony, and a fun nook. With everything the resort has to offer, no one would need to venture out. However, Killington has a lot to see as well! Once the snow has begun to fall, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Killington Resort is .5 miles south. In the warmer months, there is a hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, and stand-up paddleboarding. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
