Palacio 1005 Sitting directly on the shores of Perdido Key is this bright vacation rental. A large balcony is the showstopper of this condo, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico below. It can be accessed from the main bedroom and the living area. Features include a well-equipped kitchen with a wet bar and a large commercial grade front-loading washer/dryer. There is also a storage closet located outside the front door for storing beach and pool supplies. The primary suite has a king bed and a smart TV for Netflix streaming. The second bedroom offers two double beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath in the hallway for additional convenience and a Pack ’n Play for those traveling with little ones. Palacio has two Gulf-front pools and a hot tub, along with a fitness center that also overlooks the water. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. Nearby restaurants include The Jellyfish, Crab Trap, and Flora-Bama Yacht Club. Across the Alabama line and into Orange Beach is a variety of attractions, including The Wharf, Hangout, and Gulf State Park. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
