This Edgartown property is a beautiful blend of island living and wooded privacy! This family-friendly getaway hosts one of the biggest, well-manicured lawns that can be found on this sandy island of Martha’s Vineyard. This two-level getaway features one inviting living room area equipped with comfortable furnishings, making it the perfect place to unwind and maybe enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show on the flatscreen TV. You can find another living room area on the first floor as well, but this one is equipped with a wood-burning stove! Outside, the patio is another great place to unwind and share with the group. It features an outdoor dining area and a barbecue area!

This gorgeous getaway is just one mile and a half from downtown Edgartown where you can find several dining options, Edgartown’s Historic District, the Edgartown Art Gallery (along with many more art galleries, and museums! South Beach is one and a half miles south and it’s a great place for surfers and beachcombers alike. Up north, you can find another popular beach - Lighthouse Beach. You can’t be staying in (or nearby) Edgartown and not visit Jaws Bridge! This iconic site is the filming location of a shark attack in Steven Spielberg’s ’Jaws’, and it’s only four miles up north.
