Island Echos 6K This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The primary bedroom is facing the Gulf and there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows. The condo has been decorated to provide the perfect vacation spot. The living room has a queen sofa bed with a 55” TV which swivels and a Blu-Ray player. The primary bedroom has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic pillow top bedding along with TVs and DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with all you’ll need to prepare meals during your vacation. The home includes a washer/dryer and many other things which will easily make this your home away from home. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
