This remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo at Cascade Village is only 1.6 miles from Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort).
Cascade Village is the ideal location for year-round fun. It’s located 26 miles north of Durango, 1.6 miles north of Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort), and 20 miles south of Silverton. It’s not just a ski area, it’s a community filled with activities for all ages.
There is a full kitchen with all new GE stainless steel appliances to make a great meal. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, which makes it nice for conversing while preparing meals. The living room has a couch and two comfy chairs. The couch also makes it into a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space. Just imagine yourself curled up on the couch with a comfy throw, a good book, a hot cup of cocoa, and the fire crackling.
The bedroom has ample space for you and your luggage. There is a large bed, two nightstands, and two dressers. The closet is very large, so unpack and stay a while! There is also a flatscreen TV in both the bedroom and living room area, complete with a satellite network. The bedroom also has a Blu-ray player, the living room has a DVD player and there is a collection of DVDs for you to choose from. For you techies that have to bring work with you, there’s high-speed internet both in the condo and in the main lodge.
The bathroom is amazing. There’s plenty of room for two people to get ready for the day at the same time. There is a large vanity with two sinks, and an over-sized jetted tub with shower!
