There is plenty of family entertainment, including numerous miniature golf courses, restaurants, and beach shops, along Coastal Highway, and the historic Ocean City Boardwalk awaits six miles south. You can also ride the Ocean City bus that runs along Coastal Highway for stress-free travel.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling’s or building’s allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
