The Home
Trout Landing is located on the banks of the famed Tuckasegee River. Enjoy the riverfront access as well as the expansive yard, outdoor fire pit and large wrap-around deck. This home meets ADA standards for handicap accessibility with its ramp to the house, wide doorways/halls, a roll-in shower in the master bathroom and sinks in both the bathroom and kitchen that sit lower. A private hot tub is available for guest use. What’s nearby: Located between the towns of Dillsboro and Cherokee. Only 10 minutes to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and 30 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. This cabin is within Hatchery Supported Trout Waters and fishing is typically closed during the month of March. Please check with the NC Wildlife Resources Commission for more information. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
