This spacious home is perfect for your next big family getaway. On hot summer days, the pool is ready for an afternoon cool-off. In the evenings, you can all gather around the firepit for some storytelling as the stars come out overhead. You’ll also have access to a soothing private hot tub! Red Cliffs Recreation Area is about 12 miles southeast, offering beautiful hiking and refreshing water pools to cool you off. If you enjoy a bit of history, visit the Silver Reef Museum just four miles north, where you can take a self-guided tour or join one of two daily guided tours. St. George is 17 miles southwest, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment. And for even more incredible scenery and hiking trails, Zion National Park is a little over 30 miles east. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
