This two-story, four-bedroom (and loft), three-bath Swann Cove home is just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, shops, and amusements of Fenwick Island, Delaware, and Ocean City, Maryland. Featuring a convenient first-floor main suite and a screened porch for outdoor entertaining, this vacation home makes an ideal base camp for beach adventures. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and more. Guests can enjoy five SmartTVs (including a new 65" Smart TV in the living room), four Blu-rays, a gas grill, and WiFi. Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use. The TV in the second bedroom is available for Netflix/streaming only - there is no cable connection. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
