This lovely condo at The Bluff is perfect for your next family getaway, offering access to a community swimming pool and hot tub right next door! Spend summer days barbecuing out on the deck, watching the kids splash in the pool next door, and taking in beautiful views of the mountains that surround Sun Valley. You’ll also have access to the Elkhorn amenities, which include two more outdoor pools, saunas, and hot tubs. On summer days, you can play tennis and golf with your loved ones; come winter, you can ski the fantastic nearby slopes of Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain.
What’s nearby:
Dollar Mountain is a little over a mile west, offering great beginner slopes and a terrain park. For the more advanced skier, Bald Mountain is four miles west. In the summer, when you’re not swimming or golfing, you can book a paragliding trip, go mountain biking, or enjoy a nice hike. The local bus system even has a stop at the end of Horseshoe Drive and Elkhorn Road to get you around town with ease. Sun Valley is two miles northwest and downtown Ketchum is three miles west, with much to offer in dining, shopping, and entertainment of all kinds.

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
