Riley Creek Bungalow
Beautifully and newly built with your comfort and vacation experience in mind, this home is the perfect spot to settle in for your next escape to Gold Beach. This Oregon Coast retreat features a polished kitchen with a large island, sleek contemporary design, and brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as a comfortable dining and living room where guests can enjoy time together. Outside, you’ll love relaxing on a spacious deck that overlooks the waters of Riley Creek. The front porch swing is something enjoyed by kids and parents along with seniors–the perfect place to unwind!
A reputable architect designed the duplex to take maximum advantage of the surrounding geography in a manner that would create a serene and private setting for its occupants. The area is quiet, the sounds of nature abundant, and the gurgling creek soothing (which when flowing at its usual pace can be heard when inside either dwelling), and visits from deer, bugling elk, wild turkeys, and the occasional owl or bear are daily reminders of one’s connection with nature. The placement of the carport between the two parts of the duplex, as well as the layout and position of each home in relation to the other, was designed to maximize the exposure of each to nature and to maintain privacy between the dwellings.

One of the main attractions in Gold Beach is the opportunity for jet boat tours on the Rogue River. These exhilarating rides take visitors deep into the heart of the wilderness, where they can spot local wildlife, including bald eagles, river otters, and perhaps even a black bear. The river is also a haven for anglers, with world-class salmon and steelhead fishing that attracts enthusiasts from all over.
The beaches in Gold Beach are vast and often uncrowded, offering miles of sand for beachcombing, kite flying, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves as a backdrop. Boardman State Scenic Corridor is a must-see, with its breathtaking viewpoints and hidden coves. For a more challenging adventure, visitors can tackle the Rogue River National Recreation Trail, which stretches for 40 miles along the river's rugged banks.
