The great room features dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceilings and the home’s large rooms open out to 1,800-square-foot decks and porches, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The family room/game room is a great place to hang out with the kids, and you’ll have a single-car garage, a large heated pool, a deluxe five-person hot tub, and a secluded tower room. The kitchen makes for a great place to start the day without feeling like you are missing out on all the fun while cooking! You’ll have everything you need to make meals for the gang. The elevator makes this an ideal retreat for families with older members and small children. 2BNWaves is equipped with free WiFi and an incredible inside and outside sound system. Things to Know This home will not be welcoming dogs starting in 2025. The pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and close 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 4 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
