Purgatory Resort is less than three miles from this home, where you can find activities for all ages, year-round. Aside from skiing and snowboarding during the winter months, Purgatory also features a Nordic center for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as shops, restaurants, and a resort spa. During the Summer you can find biking activities, an alpine slide, a high ropes course, and more! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
