This home is ideal for a family or group of friends. Guests will enjoy access to a number of great shared amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool, Ping-Pong, air hockey, and a pool table. Outdoors, there are also sports courts and a playground for the kids. What’s nearby: Travel through Summit County with comfort and ease via the free Summit Stage bus stop located within walking distance. Sit on the deck at Pug Ryan;s Brewery and soak up the views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Take advantage of the five ski areas within 10 miles of this home, and when you’re not up on the slopes, you can do a little Nordic skiing, go snow tubing, or rent a fat tire bike! Come summer, there’s no shortage of hiking and biking trails within the area, or you can rent a pontoon for afternoons on the water.
