With a wraparound couch, two TVs, and WiFi, you’ll have no trouble relaxing after a great day on the slopes! The upstairs bedroom loft offers additional privacy with a convenient pocket door. This condo conveniently includes an updated full kitchen to cook up some fuel for the next day! In addition, the complex hosts an indoor community hot tub and swimming pool, as well as a dry sauna and a shared lounge. For visiting skiers, there’s no better location for your next ski-cation! The ski-in/ski-out access to Sunday River Resort is unbeatable and gets you to the top of the mountain with ease so you can tear up the powder. When the weather warms up, the resort hosts a golf course for you to enjoy while the mountain transforms into a fun-filled retreat with hiking, ziplining, and much more. And just blocks away from this rental, you will also find some great restaurants to get you energized for all your adventures. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A ski locker is provided. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
