The unbeatable location is just one of the many attractions of this lovely A-frame cabin surrounded by trees on a quiet side street near the heart of McCall. Leave the car parked and avoid the traffic while you take in Winter Carnival or Fourth of July activities!
This comfortable home offers a fully stocked kitchen to take care of your meal preparation needs. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds and cozy comforters to keep you warm on cold nights and a full-size sleeper sofa. This is the perfect size cabin for a small family getaway or a couples retreat.
Wireless internet is provided along with a flatscreen TV and Roku streaming device. Netflix streaming as well as a variety of free content is provided for your viewing pleasure. There is also a DVD player (a video rental store is about two blocks away) and a stereo with CD player. A second TV in the master bedroom offers over-the-air channels from Boise if you must stay abreast of local news. Board games, cards, and a small library of local and Idaho interest books are available for quiet family evenings.
Be sure to take advantage of the central location! A short walk takes you to the Manchester Ice Arena and Event Center, unique downtown shopping, as well as to a variety of restaurants, brew pubs, and coffee shops. The Farmer’s Market (Wednesdays & Saturdays in summer) and the Payette Lake beaches at Legacy and Art Roberts Parks offer pleasant walking-distance diversions. Bicycle-friendly side streets provide easy access to the City of McCall paved trail system.
Ponderosa State Park, just over a mile away, offers mountain biking, hiking, swimming beaches, and incredible scenery. Golfers can make the short drive to the McCall Golf Club and skiers can trek a few miles deeper into the mountains for great snow at Brundage Mountain, Little Ski Hill, and Tamarack Resort. Nordic skiing enthusiasts have a wealth of options nearby at Ponderosa State Park, Bear Basin, The Activity Barn, Jug Mountain Ranch, and Tamarack.
