Casa Feliz is a beautifully redecorated New Mexico retreat with gorgeous views of the forest and Wheeler Peak, a wood-burning fireplace, and a media room for the entire family! The ground floor is fully ADA-compliant and the open living space is perfect for group gatherings, whether you choose to prepare homemade meals in the kitchen, soak in beautiful views or commune with wildlife on the deck, or enjoy games or gathering in the cozy living room. There is also a full bath and a king-size bedroom on the ground floor. The walk-out basement boasts an 82-inch flatscreen TV for a serious movie night or the big game. The upstairs master suite shares the same amazing views of Wheeler Peak from the king-size bed and the soaking tub. A second roomy bedroom and large bath are also found on the second floor. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
